First changes to downtown parking made on Friday. Changed to a single incremental rate of $1 per hour, opened up the 200 block lot to all day parking, and changed 24 min zones to be free. We added a few 24 min zones too (at Starbucks and Paradise Pantry/Rosie Lee Imports). Had some positive comments on the changes already.
